Vic Hermans
I was born in 1953 as “number 8” out of 11 children (!) in the Hermans family.
All my brothers were keen football players, most of them at a high level.
My father was in his time a very good player at the first team of MVV Maastricht, playing at the first national division at that time.
After primary school it was clear that I had to start working because of the large family. Football was my one and only passion but in those days I never could have dreamed that I could make my profession out of this.
